01 Showroom Visit
It’s time to turn your dreams into a reality. Visit our showroom and roam free to discover the quality and receive helpful advice from our expert consultants.
02 Determine Site Specifics
We can send a 6Homes representative to assess your site. Our expert team are on hand to help you determine regulations regarding pre-built homes with your local councils and authorities as permits may be required.
03 Design
6Homes is proud to showcase 9 innovative residential modular homes, some of which can be visited at the Melbourne showroom. Once you find a design that suits your needs, you can select certain variations on offer.
04 Order / Purchase
Purchasing a modular home with 6Homes is simple and easy. When you have chosen your modular home with the required options, a Supply Agreement will be generated for you to sign and then initial deposits to be paid.
05 Manufacture
You’ll be liaising directly with your friendly 6Homes representative who will be keeping you posted with progress updates, photos, and phone calls along the way.
06 Shipping / Logistics / Installation
The homes are transported via sea by container ships to the closest port near your site, which is included in the price of your home. A local installer will then take over to complete the installation and you can enjoy your brand new home!
